Shipping Policy

What are your order processing times?


Order processing times vary based on current order volumes. We amend details of our current processing time in our Instagram bio so that our customers can see up to date information.


How much will shipping cost?


We send all of our parcels via Royal Mail’s 48hr tracked service.  This service costs £3.99 and includes a tracking code, as well as a delivery time slot.  We find this to be the best option to provide the best possible service for our customers.  If you need your order sooner, you can opt for the 24hr tracked service at an additional cost.


International orders are priced by region, please enter your address at checkout for your country’s prices.


When will my order arrive?


We use Royal Mail’s 48hr tracked service as standard. Please allow this time on top of our current processing times.  Our customers can check our Instagram bio for up to date information.


Subject to the current situation, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside our control. Such as Brexit delays, customs and Royal Mail/courier delays.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Do you ship worldwide?


Yes we do, please enter your address at checkout to find out accurate costs for your country/region.


Will I have to pay customs fees?


This is entirely dependant on how customs are dealt with in your country/region and the total order value amount.  Please check information held for your local customs office.


Do you accept returns?


All of our items are custom/made to order, therefore we are unable to offer returns at this time.  If your order is incorrect/faulty please contact us at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
